    It’s Time to Turkey Trot

Ever wonder what it takes to train for a Turkey Trot or some other local 5k near you? Well, look no further. We’ve got team TYR athlete and 2016 Olympian Ben Kanute here to help get you prepped and ready for this year’s race. Coach Kanute’s plan is designed for roughly five weeks of training. So, be sure to give yourself enough time to work out, eat right and score plenty of sleep. Also, if you have any questions about your body or health remember it never hurts to consult your doctor before making additions to your regular workouts.   Don’t forget to keep up with Ben as he continues…

    Keeping Up with Kanute

He may be young, but right now, Ben Kanute is on the top of the world. Prior to big finishes at the 2015 WTS Grand Final Chicago, 2015 WTS Auckland and 2014 Tongyeong World Cup, Kanute earned recognition as both a USAT Youth & Junior National Champion. Today, he’s taking his career to new heights, and we can’t be more pumped to see what he can do.
