Nationals 2018 in Review

    It’s been a busy few weeks for #TeamTYR. With 2018 Phillips 66 U.S. Nationals in the rearview, athletes are now looking ahead to competing on the world’s stage.     Team TYR Welcomes 4x Olympic Medalist, 9x World Championship Medalist & World & American Record Holder Simone Manuel

    That’s right! We’re proud to welcome 4x Olympic Medalist, 9x World Championship Medalist & World & American Record Holder Simone Manuel to #TeamTYR!  At just twenty years old sprint specialist Simone Manuel turned heads at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where she earned gold medals in both the 100m freestyle and the 4x100m medley. Her impressive finish in the 100m solidified Simone as the first African-American woman to win an individual Olympic gold in swimming.
